A process aimed at increasing productivity of Agents, this process involves segmentation, training involvement, automated product suggestions and enablement of technology. This enables an Agent to do need based selling, and sell only those products that meet customers’ requirements. This initiative provides the adequate skills to Agents to have better conversations with customers, thereby improving quality of selling, customers’ comprehension of products, need-based sales, etc. As the system will also offer automated product suggestion, “This preserves the required human interface but at the same time automation removes human biases,”. This provides an on-the-spot, “benefit illustration” for customers. It also captures the complete sales journey and summary of the dialogue will be sent to the customer through email. The entire sales process is done through tablet-based application.
